Problem with new blog address

  I have just written my first blog in ages, but seem to have lost the proper connection with the original site – I have no idea where it’s posted it to, or why! Here is the address where my blogs SHOULD appear http://emhconnect.co.uk/blog/ and which lists a number of blogs I originally did. Here is where the new one appears http://emhconnect.wordpress.com/, but which only shows this one blog and doesn’t have the links back to the rest of my website. How on earth do I resolve this and why has it happened? Yours VERY frustrated.
