Problem with new theme

Hello. I found on the internet a free wordpress topic that I would like to use on my website. Unfortunately, this topic can not be uploaded. This is the topic: https://www.soratemplates.com/2015/11/dzine-blogger-templates.html and is free to download. However, if you add a new theme “add a new theme”, the error will pop up to me: Comment Reply via Email: Comment reply by email you can send a reply to a comment directly from the comment notification email. At the same time, I tried to shut down this feature and it would not let it go any further. Can you help me with the topic of help and advice? Thank you!

A third party theme like that can be used on WordPress.com as part of our business plan. Using a theme that way requires us to change the set up of your blog. If you want more information check out https://wordpress.com/pricig/
Otherwise, you can use that theme, for free, as part of the WordPress installation. This is an open source software and quite different from what we do here at WordPress.com.

I’d also suggest reading up on the “getting started” materials for using this version of WordPress, as it is much more hands on.
