Problem with one of the exisiting site

  I instaled a plugin named Popup Builder after that I could not access my website
  my website is down and showing this error – Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/jflinpfl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/hustle-migration.php on line 820

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Please contact support for the WordPress-popup plugin mentioned in that error directly for help with this.
