Problem with opening ''my site''

  Since I changed the theme I’ve not been able to access the ‘my site’. It looks like it is buffering but nothing ever happens, how do i fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Is ceecu.wordpress.com the site you’re having trouble with? The site there is loading correctly on my end.

  Could you go through the following troubleshooting steps for me so that we can try to pinpoint exactly why it’s not loading on your end?

  • Are you able to load the site via another browser or device?
  • Are you able to load the theme’s demo site at selademo.wordpress.com or other WordPress.com sites? Try visiting matt.blog to check.
  • Are you having trouble viewing any other sites (non-WordPress.com) on the web

  Let me know the answers to the above and we’ll work from there.

  Oh sorry, i meant at the admin part! When you log in to your account you first find yourself at the ”reader” and when i click in on ”my site” i can’t do anything, including customize the theme!

  Thanks so much for clarifying! I’m sorry for my initial misunderstanding.

  Could you let me know if you can access My Site via any other browser or if the issue is specific to Safari?

  That’s good to know!

  Can you follow Apple’s guidance here to deactivate any extensions, plugins, or add-ons that are running on Safari?
