  I would like make new web page, but I can´t use (- or &) in name address, can I solve it or it´s foribidden

  Hi Milos,

  That’s right, when making a WordPress.com address, special characters such as ‘-‘ and ‘&’ aren’t permitted.

  If there’s any way you can create the address you’d like without using those characters, that’s your best course of action.
