Problem with our Plasieve website

    Hi

    When a user tries to access our website it gives the following error message: Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

    Please could you advise as to how we can rectify this.

    Hi Eugene – Which site are you working on? It sounds like the site is made with the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com. Happy to confirm that with the address though.
