Problem with page editor..toolbar, content, page attributes missing

  I am having trouble with page editor…toolbar, shortcode, page attributes, SEO, content all are missing in page editor while they are visible on POSTs…Even screen option and help buttons are not working…please help..

  My websites URL is https://32pearlsdental.com.au….I am getting below error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 84 bytes) in /home/pearlsde/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 650″…thanks..
