Problem with PAGES

I can’t organize my pages correctly. I searched and found you have a “Pages widget” which I didn’t initially have on my theme. I went to the widgets and added the pages widget then I got double pages going down the lefthand side of my sidebar. I went back and deleted it. What I really need to know is how to delete that first grouping or edit it of the PAGES on my site. I have no idea how I added them there or how I edit them. Can you please let me know if I’m making any scene? For instance, I never put a page called “Facebook” on my blog but it shows up and I recently published a page called “My work” but it won’t show up on the lefthand sidebar. Maybe theses aren’t actually pages? I am confused. hope this makes sense.

That sidebar menu is pulling information from the menu created here:
https://thirdeyemom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
To edit the menu on your site, you’ll need to edit the actual menu on the page linked above. More information on how to do that can be found here:
