Problem with paid account with email lost.

Hi, i have a friend that buyed a paid account with you the last year, but he lost his password and his email was hacked some months ago. Because that he could not renovate his paid account and his blog http://www.miguelfuentes.com.br, with the username “miguel fuentes” is down.
He needs to know if there is a way to recover his blog, because he is a Christian Pastor and he has really important posts in his blog.Please help.

They should log out of WordPress.COM then start with this page and answer as many questions as they can – that will go to the account recovery group
