problem with password reset

  Dear Sir or Madam,

  I warmly welcome,
  I have a problem with creating an admin panel of the blog. E-mail provided during registration (email visible only to moderators and staff), when entering this e-mail to send a reset password, I have to turn off the alias for e-mail. I can not reset my password. Please help me.

  It looks like your website is not hosted with wordpress.com .

  Seems like its with https://home.pl/

  Thanks for the link — wordpress1840067.home.pl was created using WordPress.org software and is hosted by home.pl, rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Please follow @strangethings077’s recommendation of contacting your host for help with resetting the password for your account on that site.
