Problem with payment.

I was informed that there was a problem with my payment that my bank did not honor or questioned the charge. I don’t know what card I used so I don’t know what financial institution to contact. Is there someone I can verbally speak to directly regarding this?

Hello – You can find your payment receipts at wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ If you click on the transaction you’ll see which card was used.
You will need to cancel the chargeback through your bank in order to proceed with the payment.
