Problem with payment details: I don't live in the US

Hello! I just have a problem with the payment process. I was about to pay for the site. In the payment details, I have to enter my address. Unfortunately, it only shows United States but I am not from there. Is there any way I can change this address option from the US to my country so I can pay?
