Problem with payment through Payal

I have a worpdress site with the woocommerce plugin and storefront theme installed and i have set paypal as a payment method but every time a client wants to purchase my goods they get this message:
“We aren’t able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method”
My paypal is connected with woocommerce,the plugin doesent shows any errors everything seems ok but clients can’t purchase anything
