Problem with photos embedding

  Feature pictures aren’t always embedding. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren’t. I’m using The Columnist format. They usually embed okay on the homepage, but only sometimes show up embedded as the header on the post page. Please help!

  Is this the guide you are following? Featured Header Images > http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#featured-header-images
  Are you presizing the images prior to uploading theme to the exact size specified for the theme?
