Problem with pics

  When putting pics in a post, they tend to get squeezed into thin bars of dadaist art in the published post. Only when refreshed one or more times the pics unfold themselves to appeal to general comprehension. Can anyone shed light on what’s the what? Does everyone see the dadaism or is it just my computer/browser?
  I worry my upcoming picture-heavy post will make me look more eccentric than I really am…
