problem with Piemont theme

1)I am having a problem with center image. In my header image I have my 3 latest posts. Before 2 days I uploaded one more post , but this pic didn’t change.
2) I want my sont size in my post titles to be smaller , but I can;t find the way to do it.

You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
