Problem with placeholder error and image captions

    I am editing this post:
    https://www.taxclosure.com/blog/2012/10/16/former-irs-agent-guilty-of-tax-fraud/

The last 2 photos on the blog need to have captions inserted in the edit image dialog – right now they are just a line of text I typed in below the photo – they look different from the others because of this.

Have them try to either copy and paste in the image attribution – it’s listed below the image – or type it in – it won’t save.

If I paste in a photo rather than upload it, the image will show, but I can’t assign a caption.

Otherwise, if I try to start from scratch and delete the photo and either reload from my laptop or reload it from the gallery within the add media interface, I get the gray box with the placeholder error – looks like this – it shows the descriptor and the caption, but no viewable image.

btw: seems also that [caption] tags somehow get occasionally disrupted and become usual divs which breaks all markup

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but you have posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
