  Hello I have problem with plugin, I dont have Plugin in my select bar how i can get it ? I am from Czech republic please help I need install plugins

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  If you wish to have complete control over a blog, the ability to upload themes and plugins, and to edit themes and templates then your option is to hire a web host and get a free software install from WordPress.ORG and self host it.

  What is it that you wanted the plugin for please? We have many widgets that can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and there are also workarounds we can share for some things.

  We don’t have plugins here at WP.com. If you want plugins, you need to have your blog hosted elsewhere. It’s nothing to do with your being in the Czech republic, it’s to do with this being WP.com, as opposed to WP.org.

  I need plugin from http://drewgourley.com/minecraft-block/ because i have Minecraft (game) server and I need this plugin for clicking on it and after it opened donate and second what i need on my website is login thanks ;)

  (I am 12 and I am from czech I dont speak English very good sorry :D )

  I’m sorry but you cannot install that plugin on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. If you need it then you will have to hire a web host, set up a WordPress.org install and move your WordPress.com content into it. Move to WordPress.org > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org

  You cannot have that plugin on the blog linked to your username. We cannot install plugins into free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  You should be relieved. If you’re 12, we could report you and get your blog suspended, but we didn’t. You’re supposed to be 13 to use WordPress.
