problem with plugin

  Hi,
  I want to install the plugin digg digg but i can’t enter in the /wp-content/plugins/’ directory where i must copy the digg-digg folder.
  There is other way to install plugins?
  Or what am i doing wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here at WordPress.com you’re not allowed to install plugins. You can do that only at self-hosted WordPress installations.
