If you want it to go to drafts and not get approved automatically, you can do one of a few things:
– Always include this shortcode : https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/#shortcodes [status draft]
– Get rid of this Post by Email address, and create a new user who cannot publish without approval (a contributor). Then create the post by email address for that user. You’ll just need to log in as the admin to approve the posts.
