Problem with posting

I’m not scheduling my post, I write them and save them, then I publish the draft.
I can add that another reader told me that she saw “Page not found”, so it’s not just one person.
One of them is a receiving that mail with the link (the one sent to the subscribers) I asked to send it to me but I don’t know if she still have it.
So, please, what should I do? -
So, here I can add some information.
The person told me that after midday the link was perfectly working. A few minutes ago she sent me that mail with the link and clicking on the link I open correctly the post, that link brings to my blog….
I don’t know what to say, everything is so strange. -
Just another little thing I noticed just now, maybe it’s important.
So, in the mail received from the subscriber there is the title of the post, some lines of it and then there is a section with the autor and the tags.
And so it is:
Miss Fletcher – 7 February 2017 – h. 07.32 p.m.
That date and that time are corresponding to the last saved draft (yesterday I wrote the post and saved it at 07.32 p.m) but I published the post on 8 February at 09.00 a.m.
Sorry for all these messages, I’m just trying to give all the informations that could be useful.

@missjsfletcher, so they’re getting the emails before you actually publish?
Is there any chance you’re publishing the posts then switching back to draft, then going back to published after that?
Are you using wordpress.com/post or something else to create your posts?

That is the mail she received when I published the post yesterday in the morning, I don’t know what happened but she didn’t see the post until midday.
Today everything seems okay, my daily post is there on the blog, so I asked to a friend to send me the mail she received this morning and today the date is correct: 9 February – 08.24 a.m.
I don’t switch back to draft and I usually write my post in word, I save it in my computer and then I copy it on the blog… I have always done so.
And sometimes it doesn’t work but I don’t really know why, there’s something that doesn’t work inside the blog, sorry if I can’t explain better than this. Thank you Supernovia. -

Hi Supernovia, today I have a different problem.
I published a post and it’s there on my homepage so in a way it’s okay but a subscriber told me that the link received doesn’t work properly, this link gives “page not found”.
Moreover, I tried to share it of facebook but it doesn’t give the preview I usually see… even if clicking on the link you arrive to my homepage.
So I don’t know if this has something to do with the original problem I’m just writing this to you just in case there is a sort of connection.

I also add that the post doesn’t appear in my feed and if I look for it in the reader searching by tag it doesn’t appear also.

Hi @missjsfletcher, I followed your site with a test account the other day. So far I have received two post notifications. The links worked in both. I checked on the first one shortly after you posted (I happened to be awake that night; this was past midnight my time) and it worked. I checked the second link just now (it’s been several hours) and it worked as well.
I was able to fix the issue that caused your last post to not appear; I can see it in my feed now.

Thank you. I’ll keep watching for issues with the emails, but so far I’ve not had trouble.
