Problem with posts

Great site. Anyways, I’m having a problem with the posts im…well posting.
See I have a lot of posts and most of them are very long. Right now, when you go to my posts page, they are all there. Every blog is there with the text fully expanded. What I want to do is to have the title of the post (for example “Review of the New Pirates Movie”) be a link, and when they click that link it will either send them to a page with the article, or expands that article. This way, my scroll bar isnt tiny and its easy to scroll down and see the title of each blog so they can easily chose what they want to read, without having to scroll down for an hour to find something they want to read or comment on.
Is this doable ? I cant figure this out.

There is a More tag when you write a post. Type up a bit of what you want. Click that More tag. Then continue writing the rest of the long entry. That provides a clickable link for your visitors. Bloggers use this tag if they have a very long post. But keep in mind RSS feeds don’t pick up whatever text comes after the More tag.
