  However, I double checked.on whoishostingthis.com, and according to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=trendyfeature.com your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but on NameCheap. This means your site doesn’t use WordPress.com (but might use the open-source software, WordPress.org). Staff are unable to help in this case.
