Problem with posts not appearing on home page tab

  For some reason, my home page – the tab next to my other pages – no longer shows my posts. I have gone to Settings>Reading> and made sure the box for “Front Page Displays>Your latest posts” is selected. Furthermore, I used to have a custom menu but now it has disappeared. I want my posts to appear on my home page and when people click on my home page tab. Right now it’s only appearing on my home http://www.perkstudios.org.

  You are using a custom menu, otherwise that “Home” tab wouldn’t be there. You just need to edit the menu in Appearance > Menus, remove that Home item (which is a page you have deleted) and add the ready-made Home link you can find in the Pages module. See here for more:
