Problem with posts on homepage

Hello,
I have a website using wordpress and everything works fine, but there’s this one problem. How am I able to add a link to the bottom of my homepage after 10 posts, to continue the older posts on a second page and after those 10 posts to also continue to a third page and so on.
The reason for which I ask this question is because when I configure the amount of posts on the homepage it either cuts off older posts or continues the posts farther down which is often very inconvenient.If anyone is familiar with this problem and is willing to help me resolve it, pleaseeeeeeee help.

That won’t be necessary. I found a plugin that helps me with my problem.

As there is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload plugins into them, my hunch was correct. You’re welcome and happy blogging. :)
