Problem with private page

    I want to have a front page displayed ( the page that apears when you enter the site ) wich doesnt apear in the menu. On that page it will be ENTER|LEAVE buttons so its clearly that the page doesnt has to be in the menu. I have tryied to set private for that page, but the title of the page is TERMS OF USE and after i set private is PRIVATE:TERMS OF USE. I dont what that “private” to be there. And second, after i log out from admin, that pages no longer exists… What can i do to have a first page for my blog wich doesn`t apear in the menu? My site is http://www.deromania.ro
