Problem with processing my refund and cancellation.

    I am canceling my premium wordpress hosting package because I cannot install plugins on the website. When I tried to confirm my cancelation, I was directed to this message.

    Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.

    Please let me know what I need to do to get my refund so that I can pursue another hosting company.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you were able to partially refund ($73) WordPress.com Premium so that everything has been removed except for the domain: laurencollett.com. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

    You can still update the nameservers of your domain to your new host. Here’s a list of recommended hosts for WordPress.org:
