Problem with Radcliffe theme and WordPress

    Hi,
I have a problem with the Radcliffe theme. I used this theme for free as a test on http://www.joelnahuis.wordpress.com and decided to use WordPress and Radcliffe on my own domain http://www.joelnahuis.nl

You can see that there are visual differences when you visit both websites but it should be the same theme. I have setup both websites to look completely the same but somehow, WordPress and the theme look different on my own domain.

    Differences:
    Theme on own domain
    – not responsive
    – missing widget as Twitter and Instagram feed
    – missing functions as: poll, contact form and location (screen)
    – customization screen and options look different and missing some options. My logo is small and can’t be centered (screenschot)
    – theme credits: Theme by Anders Norén

    The theme on WordPress
    – responsive: everything is displayed correctly on every screen
    – way more widget to use
    – blog functions as a poll, contact form or location can be used (screen)
    – customization screen lets me put my logo in the middle and be bigger (screen)
    – theme credits: The Radcliffe Theme

The WordPress software looks different on both websites. WordPress 4.1 is installed on my own domain: joelnahuis.nl. I can not find the version number of the free version: joelnahuis.wordpress.com.

I would like to have the same WordPress functions and theme layout on my own domain.
Also, http:// does work on the wordpress.com version but not on joelnahuis.nl. Any tips on that?

Any tips or clues on how to solve this?
    Thanks in advance!
