problem with redirecting

  Hi WordPress, I have a problem with my blog. So basically I created two pages, an about page and a list of posts page. But doesnt matter what i do, whenever i try to access the list of posts page (even through its url) i keep getting redirected to the about section. I dont know how to fix it. I deleted all pages (list of posts and about) as well as navigation and tried setting up a brand new post page and the same mistake happens even though technically the about page was deleted. I have a personal plan so can’t access plugins or permalinks in settings.
