problem with refund

    Hi there,
    I have a problem with refund.
    I received an E-mail with refunding 300 USD,
    But I have only been refund 180 USD.
    Can you check on my refund please.

    Hi fonespital,

    I’ve checked your account and a $300 refund was issued in two parts ($180 and $120) on 5th November 2018. Both amounts have been successfully sent from our side and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement and since yours was issued in two parts, they may not credit you account at the same time. If the second refund amount arrived after 10 business days, please contact your bank so they can check for processing delays on their side.
