Problem with refunding a premium theme Soho

    Hello,

    I purchased the Soho Theme and the premium account; After a while I decided to cancel them and get a refund. I remember pressing both the buttons “cancel and refund” – for the theme and for the account.

    I already received the refund for the account, but not for the theme.
    And the button is already gone, as I’m past the 30 days refundable period. (By the time I demand the refund I was not – the buttons were active).

    I read that sometimes it takes 2 weeks, but I received the refund for the account.

    Please assist.
