Problem with renewing domain registration

I accidentally let my domain name, cellardoorway.com, expire during November (busy, broke semester). I have tried to renew it. I renewed my domain mapping successfully, but there is no place to go to renew my domain registration. I have tried logging into my “external site” domain administration, which I can, but leads me nowhere toward figuring out what’s wrong. There are no links or buttons on any of the relevant dashboard pages.

Several people have reported problems with domain issues this weekend. Try waiting till Monday, send in a Support ticket from your dashboard, and hopefully staff will fix whatever is going wrong.

I am also having a similar problem, in that I am unable to edit my domain nicksoden.com because I didn’t re-register the domain; even though it says that I have domain mapping until next year. The problem is is that there is no option to re-register my domain. Help would be appreciated.

I am having this same problem for togwoteepassbackcountryalliance.com. What is going on. How do I get a person on the phone to help? I am feeling like I have to switch over to another host. Where do I get help here!!!!! Please help.

I’m having the exact same problem. I renewed my domain forwarding but am unable to renew my domain name… not even a button on the site that I can click on to do this. HELP!
