problem with renewing my domain
-
I am trying to renew my domain, I type in all correct information, then I get a sign saying my name isn’t on the information to renew, except, it is. Plus I am renewing within the proper grace period, and I’m using the same card information from all but one renewal purchase from the past, I even tried paying with paypal, same sign appears, and it won’t permit me to renew y domain.
Please help,

Are you trying to renew your WordPress.com plan or domain mapping? (I assume you don’t mean you need to renew the registration for STYLECOMPASSMEDIA.COM, because a whois search says that doesn’t expire until 2017.)
You have to be logged in as the username that originally paid for the upgrade you’re trying to renew.

I’m trying to renew both, thy were to be renewed at the same time. I got many renewal messaged saying it needed to be renewed by the 17th of this month.

I’m renewing from my original blog, not my current blog. My old blog is stylecompassmedia.wordspress I no longer use this blog. I do use the new blog, so you saw it doesn’t require renewal at this time?

I added “modlook” to this page’s tags, so that a WordPress.com staff member can help you out.
It is possible that you need to renew your paid plan (upgrade) that goes with STYLECOMPASSMEDIA.COM, but I’m just a volunteer and don’t have a way to tell. The domain itself seems to be paid for another year, but that can be separate from the plan upgrade.

Hi there,
It appears in September you emailed us that you don’t want any more renewal reminders for your domain, and the person who answered that email understood that you wanted to cancel your domain.
The good news is your domain was not cancelled, but only the upgrades removed from your account. I’ve restored those upgrades now, so you should be able to renew your domain from the Purchases page:

Hi, thank you for looking into my account. Yes I did request 2 months before I needed to renew, to not get anymore reminders to renew, as they were being sent to my email 5 days a week. It was excessive, under no request of my own, did I request to cancel my domain. The representative did this on his own accord, not by my choosing.
Thank you for following up on this issue, and fixing it.Kind regards,

The only way to stop renewal reminders is to cancel the domain, or to renew it. But we definitely don’t send them out five days a week. If you received them that frequently the problem might have been with your email provider, but we would have needed to check this while it was happening to confirm.
Should you start receiving reminders that frequently again next year, please let us know and please be very clear in your request as to what the issue is so it can’t be misinterpreted.
