Problem with retrieving my WP PW
-
I have another blog on WP at citizensreview.wordpress.com
My problem is this:
I’ve forgotten my PW
I put in my email addy (instead of just my ID) and then chose the forgot my PW choice and I get a page that states that there is no such user/blog with that addy. But yet…I get email TO THAT EMAIL ADDY when comments are made requesting me to moderate it, or when people sign up to follow it…etc! So, if WP says that there is no such user/blog with that email addy when I need to reset my PW…then how does it exist with that blog to do admin stuff? I REALLY need to get into my blog to do things… so can anyone help me? -
PS….I’d really like to also upgrade this particular blog to premium status as well…but if I can’t get into it, I can’t upgrade it!

Maybe you need to read this:

Please be aware that Staff work through all threads and all support tickets in chronological order as would be expected from those with the earliest dates to the most recent ones. There are many bloggers who are still waiting and who posted days before you did so patience is required. How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Please don’t create a new thread or send an email for support either as that’s also not in your best interest.
When bloggers keep bumping any thread or creating duplicate threads thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight, because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
Bottom line: Patience is virtue. -
TY TIMETHIEF…it is well noted.
TY pmciano. …I know my allthingsnaturally doesn’t own the account I’m asking about… I PERSONALLY DO…under a different email. But to post here I needed to use an account that I could log into to post. I will look forward to your private reply. TYVM -
It’s no problem. I hope you’re having a great holiday :-)
Understood, and you’re welcome!
