Problem with site and possible hacking

This message comes up on management page and doesn’t let me access the back end of the website.
Warning: Use of undefined constant ‘gform_confirmation_anchor’ – assumed ‘‘gform_confirmation_anchor’’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in {{website name}}

Anyone know what this is/ how to rectify? Cant even log on to wordpress anymore.

@mdobes45 the majority of folks on this forum have the free WordPress.com plan where you wouldn’t see this kind of error so you won’t likely find answers here. Please post to the community forums here:
