Problem with site counter

  I have added a counter that ideally needs to remain visible at the top of the page. Currently it moves down the page as I add posts. It need s to be entered on the site in HTML. I would like to know how to add this to my blog so it stays in the correct position.

  Try adding it to your sidebar as a Text widget at Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard.
