problem with site – critical error

hi, i received an email from you guys that said their was a critical error on my site. i looked at my site and it was crashed from this critical error. it looks like the issue is from jet pack which i had my hose- go daddy take off my site for now to fix the issue however, the site formatting it stil messed up and not fixed. they reccmomnded that i contact you guys since the issue and email came from you guys. the email didn’t have a code on it or anythnig for me to tell you. i need the site fixed asap please. its http://www.activelifestyletours.com. please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to contact me or call [redacted by mod].

It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

You can also reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem. If they’re not willing to help you with this, you may need to restore a site from a backup if you were using a backup service. Sometimes this is included with your hosting package, so check with GoDaddy to see if that is an option for you.
