problem with slideshow

    I have the Photographer theme for my website and I am having trouble with the slideshow feature that I use for my home page. I have images that are set in the slideshow, however, for some reason, random images that I didn’t upload in the slideshow are showing up in the slideshow. I only want the images that I set in the slideshow to be featured. I’m not sure how to fix this and would like help with this.

    Hi there!

    In Photographer, pages with the Slideshow Template assigned to them pull in the Featured Images on posts in a defined category. The category for these posts is defined under Appearance > Theme Options:

    From that page, you’ll find that ‘Slideshow Category’ is currently set to ‘Uncategorized.’ All of the Featured Images for posts in that category are therefore being pulled into the slideshow. To change this, you can change this category in the dropdown and only put posts you wish to appear in that category.
