There is a string for the Edin theme “Continue reading %s”, where %s is the “Name of current post”, but
But it seems there is just a “Continue Reading” in the theme:

Hi there!
Thanks for the report. :)
I’ve passed this on to our theme developers for a closer look. I’ll let you know what they found out!

Hi Torsten!
Our dev has gotten back to me and said that the post title was added in an effort to make the Edin theme more accessibility-ready, particularly for visually-impared users using screen reader applications. Basically, the title is not displayed, but can be read and outputted by an assistive device (e.g. text-to-speech, Braille), then relayed to the user. This allows him or her to know where the link points to. Here are some further reading that touch on the subject:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen_reader
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_508_Amendment_to_the_Rehabilitation_Act_of_1973#Summary_of_Section_508_technical_standardsHope that clears things up! Let me know if you have any follow up questions. Cheers!

Ok, I see! Thanks for the clarification.
Maybe add some context, so that translators know that or leave the HTML, so that we get that from the CSS class, like here:

Great! (In fact this is not context, but a translator comment) – Thank you very much for adding it!
All the best,
Torsten
