problem with stripe

Hello,
I am having some problems.– First one, I am working on my website since few months : http://www.la-canopee.com/accueil-2/
and I install the woocommerce plugin for my eshop. I met a problem with woocommerce so I tried to contact the woocommerce support. To contact woocommerce I need to connect with my wordpress username and then SURPRISE woocommerce doesn’t recognize my email and my password… It act like I don’t have any account. So I can’t contact the woocommerce support.– Second one :
I try to use the stripe plugin of woocommerce and the test mode is working perfectly, but when I change for the live mode, the credit card option is no more available on the checkout page.
I ask the DIVI support if I did a mistake, they say no.
I ask Stripe support if everything was ok and they say that everything on my stripe account and on my woocommerce settings was perfect.
As you can see, the credit card option is not available : http://www.la-canopee.com/mon-compte/commande/So, can you find any solution for me ?
I don’t know what to do to enable the credit card option on my check out page.Please, help me !
