Problem with structure theme

  I’ve just started to use the Structure theme for my blog, but I can’t find a way to create new menus on the top of my front page, next to Home and About.

  Another thing is that i would like to add a font page picture and a sentence like a slogan under the menu bar, but I just don’t know where to go to do that…

  Does somebody know??
