    In Need of Help:

I have tried upgrading my WordPress Theme to a more Polish look for my Graphic Design Business.

When choosing Superhero, I could not get it to look like the way it displays from what I had seen in the Themes Section.

Header problem not displaying the full Size of the Banner I had created from the instructions.
My Main Concern is trying to Load in my Banner Advertisement displaying in the front of my Website like the way Superhero is displaying in theirs at full Bleed Width
I don’t understand, I first tried with the Post shows my banner small with inside a White Box is not displaying across full bleed
Than I tried loading my Banner threw the Header Section
trying to get a Full Banner appearance, the way Superhero is displaying.. Instead shows a my banner in a small area in the Top part of my Webpage
I used the Specs from instructions given 960px wide. 500px tall.. My very first step I am trying to get is how do I get my Banner to be installed as a Full Bleed side to side the way Superhero is displaying theirs..
I had followed the steps given best to my knowledge, but stomped not understanding what I am missing in order to get the Header Banner to display at full Width size with Bleed from side to side like the Original Theme is Showing.
I have gone threw the steps that you had sent me, but Seems to be a an issue with the Header and Post not working

    2. Enter the name of a tag.
    3. Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom.
    4. Create a post with a featured image that’s at least 960px wide.
Note: The featured image will look best at a 2.88:1 width-to-height ratio, and at least 500px tall.
    6. Give the post the tag you declared under Appearance → Customize → Featured Content.
    7. Widget Areas
Superhero has a widget area sidebar that appears everywhere in the site (except when using the Full-Width page template. It can be setup in Appearance → Widgets.

    Custom Menus
Superhero has a single, primary custom menu area in the header, that can be set up by going to Appearance → Menus.

    Custom Header and Background
Superhero features a Custom Header that can be set under Appearance → Header. The background can also be customized under Appearance → Background.
