Problem with Superhero Theme not functioning Correctly

    I have choosen Superhero Theme for my WordPress Theme is not functioning the way it Displays in the Free Themes Section

    The problem is trying to get my Banner to load into the correct front section of my Worpress Sit not in the Blog post Section

    I had Read Superhero Theme pacific Instructions with their Spec’s but still cannot get Superhero Theme to function the way it shows in the Theme Section

    I had tried loading my Banner threw the Customize Appearence Header but only creates a small Box in the Upper Top section over my Title name.

    Trying to find the correct way to load my Front Banner in the Front Section of my WordPress Site.. The problem is not in the Post Blog Section

    I don’t know if my WordPress Version needs to be upgrade
    and Also I have been trying to find the Correct help for the past week
    my WordPress site has been down for over Two Weeks now in me trying to find someone that fully understands this problem
