Problem with support from templatic themes

  Hello
  I have signed up for the club member in november and all my emails and any attempts through their website have failed to get support from them. The only email reply I got from them is when I have a pre sale question, as soon as I make a payment, they ignore all my emails. Can someone please tell me how to solve this kinds of problem? does somebody have the same issue with the company ?

  These forums are for users who host their sites on WordPress.com so I don’t think you’ll find help for your issue here. If I understand correctly and this is about a company where your site is hosted, you can post to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
