Problem with support page instructions for transfering a domain name

    I am trying to transfer a domain name to another registrar. In your support page it says “Go to Store → Domains in your dashboard. Under Domain Administration, choose Transfer ownership to another registrar from the drop down menu.” I have gone to my dashboard, gone to store, chosen domains. There is no heading or menu titled Domain Administration, there is no drop down menu. What am I doing wrong?
