problem with switching themes

    I have changed to StartAce theme and am completely confused as I thought I had worked up a homepage but it is showing as a template and I can’t seem to get it to become a page that shows on the drop down list to be selected as the homepage.

    My site is working on a default setting. But I seem to have pages in the site editor that are not showing on my blog. I asked support and they told me to create a page as homepage and select the homepage template from the drop down list but it does not appear. So I am completely confused.

    My homepage is on my navigation bar but is not showing up on the site and it is probably something to do with this mess.

    I wondered if anyone could help?
