Problem with tables

    Is there a way to disable the side bar or custmize whats in it or what it displays?

    Sidebar content is managed in Appearance > Widgets.
    On Visual, you can disable the sidebar on any static page if you edit the page and select the full-width template for it. On the single post view you cannot disable the sidebar except if you have the Custom Design upgrade.
