Problem with text appearance in Sidebar

  Hi, thank you very much for this great platform! We’ve been together since 2006 and I really enjoy the experience! I have a small current problem with my blog, though, which I cannot solve. My blog is set and written in Bulgarian language – both language and appearance settings are set to Bulgarian. Yesterday the texts in my Sidebar started to look like questionmarks: ??????? ???? ???, instead of text. Text in publications is O.K., I speak about the Sidebar where the Categories, Blogroll, Links e.t.c. are situated. I am currently using the Theme Rubric. I have tried many different Options and Settings, but I don’t seem to be able to solve this problem, I checked the blog from different browsers and from different computers, it always looks the same: ??????? ???? ??? in the sidebar. Please, help! I would really appreciate decent advice, folks! Thank you very much in advance!
