Problem with the commenting form

I have a problem with the commenting form. Every now and then, readers of the blog receive the following message
‘Hey, I think something is wrong with your form for comments, because only you have this error, that I write kom logged into your account, and it says that I did not complete the signature and email … And I’m logged in and others work for me. ‘
Please help me and contact the moderators
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Comments do require a name and email address, it sounds like they’re just not filling out those fields.

People fill the fields and they get an error.
The same happens when they are logged in to their account on wordpress -
What is the exact error they get? If the commenter has a WordPress.com account it would be better if they post here so we can troubleshoot the issue with them directly.

The person is logged in to his WordPress account. Enter a comment and the message “did not complete the signature and e-mail.”
Several people have told me about it

Please ask those people to comment here or start their own forum threads, as the issue is likely with their browsers and/or accounts, rather than with your site.

There is no problem with comments on your site. If people are unable to comment the problem is on their end.
