Problem with the database transfer

    I have changed my hoster and now wants to transfer my old database to the new server via ftp. I have done everything so far. But when I then open the installer in the web browser and want to start, comes every time this error message:
    No tables where created. Please read the installer-log.txt file for sql error messages. You may have to manually run the installer-data.sql with a tool like phpmyadmin to validate the data input. If you are not able to connect to the database,
